Portland woman struck in Medford dies of injuries

MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) - A Portland woman who was hit while jogging last Saturday in Medford has died.

Police say 25-year-old Denise Elizabeth Anderson was taken to Rogue Regional Medical Center, and she died Thursday of head injuries.

Police say she was in a crosswalk when she was hit by a driver make a left turn. The driver did not appear to be under the influence. The Jackson County district attorney’s office will decide on possible charges.
