CLOVIS, N.M. (AP) - Clovis police say a couple who may have information related to the stabbing death of a woman at a Clovis park has been found.

Authorities say 22-year-old Lloyd Bagwell and 20-year-old Shannon Buckmaster were located Friday afternoon thanks to an anonymous tip.

Police say neither is considered a suspect in the slaying of 23-year-old Ariel Ulibarri. But investigators believe they have relevant information.

However, Buckmaster will be booked into a Curry County detention facility for outstanding arrest warrants for probation absconding and drug possession.

Ulibarri’s body was discovered along the Goodwin Lake Trails Walking Park on Nov. 9. Her 6-year-old son was found unharmed in the parking lot.

Police say officers patrol the park but have had very few trouble calls at the 40-acre facility, which opened in 2011.
