SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) - Michael Bryson scored 20 points and grabbed four rebounds as UC Santa Barbara beat Master’s College 91-45 in a non-conference exhibition game Saturday night.

John Green scored 14 points from the bench with seven rebounds for the Gauchos (1-2). Alan Williams added 12 points, eight rebounds and four steals and Mitch Brewe chipped in with 11 points and six rebounds. The team hit 52.3 percent from the field overall, 81.2 percent from the line and 45.5 percent from 3-point range. They outrebounded Master’s College 40-29.

The Gauchos jumped to a 14-4 lead early on a pair of Bryson 3s and went on to a 47-22 advantage at the break. They led throughout the game.

Russell Byrd led Master’s College with 20 points. His 3-pointer with 4:41 left to play was the last score in the game for the Mustangs.
