BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - Jeff Coby scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds off the bench to lead Columbia over Lehigh 54-44 on Sunday afternoon.

Neither team shot the ball well from the field; however the Lions got the free-throw line 18 times and hit six more 3-pointers than did the Mountain Hawks.

Cory Osetkowski added with eight points, seven rebounds and five assists for Columbia (1-1), while Maodo Lo finished with nine points and seven boards.

Tim Kempton had 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead Lehigh, who finished 0 for 13 from behind the arc. Kahron Ross added 10 points for the Mountain Hawks.

Columbia held a 32-23 lead at halftime, helped in large part by a 20-6 scoring stretch midway through the first half.
