INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for much of Indiana for Monday.

The weather service say a cold front from moving into the state could bring winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. The advisory is in effect from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Eastern time

The weather service says the wind could make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. Small tree branches will be blown and that could lead to power outages. The weather service also says unsecured items outside will be blown around.

The weather service says winds will increase during the morning with the strongest gusts expected between late morning and mid-afternoon.
