MARIANNA, Pa. (AP) - One person has been killed in a fiery single-car crash in southwest Pennsylvania.

Police say a Chevrolet sport-utility vehicle burst into flames around 7:30 p.m. Sunday after it crossed into the opposing lane and hit a tree on Lone Pine Road in West Bethlehem Township.

The driver, who hasn’t been identified, was pronounced dead about an hour later.

No one else was involved in the crash.

West Bethlehem Township is about 40 miles south of Pittsburgh.
