EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Police say they’re investigating a rash of thefts from dorm rooms at Michigan State University.

The Lansing State Journal reports (https://on.lsj.com/1viWxNu ) laptop computers, cellphones and cash have been taken from unlocked dorm rooms in multiple residence halls since last Wednesday.

Students at the East Lansing school are being reminded to lock their rooms and report suspicious activity. Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to contact police.
