TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Police in Tempe say a 21-year-old man was killed after being shot multiple times outside a drug store near the Arizona State University campus.

Authorities said they are searching for two suspects in the fatal shooting of Errun Scroggins on Friday night near University Drive and Mill Avenue.

Police say Scroggins was arguing with the suspects outside a CVS parking lot around 7 p.m. when he was shot in his car.

They say Scroggins managed to drive to the street. He later died at a hospital.

Police spokesman Aaron Levi says the two suspects fled and officers are continuing to search for them.

Both are described as black males in their early 20s. One was wearing a black sweatshirt and the other a light colored one.
