AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Emergency personnel in Austin say three people aboard a Capital Metro bus have been hurt after the vehicle hit a guardrail.

Austin-Travis County EMS reports the accident happened before dawn Wednesday in downtown Austin.

Authorities say three people were transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries not believed to be life-threatening. Officials did not immediately say whether the driver was among those hurt.

Investigators are trying to determine what caused the accident.
