CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Gov. Matt Mead has appointed Joseph B. Bluemel as the new District Court judge for the Third Judicial District for Lincoln and Uinta counties.

Bluemel replaces Judge Dennis L. Sanderson who is retiring.
