PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - A South Dakota man has been sentence to 11 years in prison in a nearly two-decade old child sexual abuse case.

U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says 42-year-old Frank Baker Jr. pleaded guilty in July to one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child.

Johnson says the Eagle Butte sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 12 between June 1995 and August 1996, when he was providing babysitting services.

U.S. District Judge Roberto Lange has also ordered Baker to five years of supervised release. Barker is under the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
