MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, have accused a man of fleeing a Rite Aid Pharmacy with nine bottles of Oxycontin and trying to take a gun from an officer during his arrest.

Randy Drouin was arrested Wednesday afternoon after being surrounded by police.

The 20-year-old Drouin was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on charges of robbery, taking a gun from an officer, criminal threatening, resisting arrest, and other charges. It was not immediately known if he had a lawyer.
