A woman told officers Oct. 28 that she pulled over after following a vehicle that had earlier followed closely behind her with bright lights. She said the man ran toward her yelling that he was a police officer and pointing a gun.

Caroselli said the woman was driving slowly, so he passed her and then noticed she was following him. He says she yelled at him and told her he used to be a police officer, showing her an ankle holster with a gun.

It was not clear if Caroselli has a lawyer.
