SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) - Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt has charged a 26-year-old Shawnee man with six felonies for possession and distribution of child pornography.

Shane DeRyckere faces two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography, two counts of downloading obscene materials and one count of transmitting information by computer for the purposes of instigating sexual conduct with a minor.

It was unclear whether DeRyckere had an attorney.

DeRyckere was arrested after investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of a social media account belonging to DeRyckere.

An investigation by the attorney general’s office found that DeRyckere allegedly posed as a teenage girl to solicit underage users to submit obscene pictures of minors.
