HOOKSETT, N.H. (AP) - Police in Hooksett, New Hampshire, say a man who went to get his mail found a “bottle bomb” inside the mailbox, which authorities detonated.

Police didn’t specify the contents, but they said the device could have caused serious injuries. They closed down part of the street during their investigation Tuesday morning.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1ppVIMt) police are urging people who live on the road and around town to be careful in case there are more explosive devices.
