RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Raleigh police have arrested a man in the shooting death of a woman at her home.

Police were called to the home around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday and four 27-year-old Danielle Anita Hodges bleeding from a gunshot wound. Hodges died at the scene.

Police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan said in a statement that officers arrested the woman’s boyfriend early Wednesday.

Twenty-five-year-old Brian Okeith Davis II of Raleigh has been charged with murder.

It was not clear if he has a lawyer.
