GASSVILLE, Ark. (AP) - A north Arkansas man has pleaded not guilty to six counts of receiving and possessing child pornography.

The Baxter Bulletin reports (https://bit.ly/1uPRuUa ) 30-year-old Mark Breitenstein of Gassville entered the pleas in federal court. He is charged with five counts of receiving visual depictions of child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Authorities say he kept the images on his laptop.

Breitenstein bonded out of the Baxter County jail on Monday. It wasn’t immediately clear if Breitenstein has an attorney.

His trial is scheduled for December in Fort Smith.
