BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Gov. Jack Dalrymple has directed all state agencies and offices to fly the American and North Dakota flags at half-staff on Sunday in observance of National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Day.

Dalrymple says lowering the flags to half-staff from sunrise to sunset honors fire and emergency services personnel and remembers those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
