BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) - A judge has found probable cause for three charges against a man accused in the disappearance of a Pueblo teen

KUSA-TV reports (https://on9news.tv/1svUaGf ) 23-year-old Christopher Waide appeared in court in Brighton on Friday. The judge ruled the case could move forward on charges of first-degree murder, sexual exploitation of a minor and tampering with evidence.

Waide is suspected in the disappearance of 19-year-old Lea Chali Porter, who was last seen while visiting Westminster, where Waide lives, in June. Her body hasn’t been found, but police have said Waide is cooperating in the search.

Investigators have said Waide and Porter attended the same high school in Fremont County and had reconnected on Facebook before she went missing.
