SAN ANTONIO (AP) - San Antonio police say an officer shot a man who grabbed his baton and hit him, breaking the officer’s hand.

Police say officers were called Thursday to a fast food restaurant parking lot because a man was seen walking back and forth in the area. Investigators say when the officer approached the man, he grabbed the officer’s baton and hit him.
