TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police have identified a man killed in a police shooting and the two officers involved.

Police tell The Tulsa World (https://bit.ly/1vWolah ) officers Jeremy Ballard and Donald Cox were at the Tulsa home on Wednesday at the time of the shooting. They haven’t released how many shots were fired or if both officers fire shots.

The slain man was identified by police as 35-year-old Jason Rogers.

Police say the officers were following up on a domestic violence case from two days earlier. They say Rogers drew a weapon during a short conversation with officers outside of the home.

Police say two boys were inside the home during the shooting.

Rogers was taken to an area hospital where he later died. No other injuries were reported.

No other details about the shooting were released.
