WASHINGTON (AP) - The Army Ten-Miler race will bring rolling road closures this weekend to parts of Washington and Arlington, Virginia.

The race on Sunday will close roads from 7:30 a.m. to noon. Metro will open two hours early at 5 a.m. Sunday for race participants.

The Ten-Miler usually attracts 35,000 runners. It starts and finishes at the Pentagon.

The race route runs along Washington Boulevard in Arlington and across Memorial Bridge. It includes Constitution Avenue between 23rd and 18th streets, Virginia Avenue, Rock Creek Parkway, Independence Avenue from 14th Street to 7th Street, 4th Street along Jefferson Drive, 14th Street and the HOV lanes of I-395 to the Eads Street ramp.

Race officials say all lanes of Route 110 in Arlington will be closed from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
