WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A Wilmington woman has been convicted of her fourth offense of driving under the influence and is being held behind bars.

WDEL Radio (https://bit.ly/1qGZWPx ) reports 46-year-old Kimberly Mauk was convicted Friday of felony drunken driving and vehicular assault in a serious crash last year. Mauk pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license.

Mauk had been out on bail, but her bail was revoked after the guilty verdict Friday. Sentencing in the case is set for January.

The state attorney general’s office says Mauk was driving drunk last year in October when she turned into the path of an oncoming car. That resulted in a collision that left a passenger in the other car in critical condition.
