PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) - A woman is in custody for allegedly robbing a Prescott Valley fast-food restaurant with a box cutter.

Prescott Valley police say 32-year-old Sunny Rae Miles allegedly used a note and a box-cutter knife to get a Burger King employee to hand over a bag of money from the cash register on Sept. 19.

After an extensive investigation, police detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Miles.

The Prescott Valley woman was arrested by a Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputy in Poland Junction.

She’s being held on suspicion of armed robbery and aggravated assault.

It was unclear Friday if Miles has an attorney yet.
