BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - County officials from across North Dakota are meeting to talk about property taxes, oil transportation, road funding and a conservation measure in the upcoming election.

The annual conference for the North Dakota Association of Counties opens Sunday in Bismarck with business meetings. The full conference begins Monday with Gov. Jack Dalrymple and state Sen. Dwight Cook leading a panel discussion on property tax reform.

An oil transportation workshop on Tuesday will feature North Dakota Public Service Commissioner Julie Fedorchak, North Dakota Pipeline Authority Director Justin Kringstad and BNSF Railway spokeswoman Amy McBeth.
