TULSA, Okla. (AP) - The National Weather Service says heavy rains and flooding and the possibility of tornadoes are forecast for eastern Oklahoma and northwestern Arkansas.

The weather service in Tulsa says a line of storms are expected to move into eastern Oklahoma late Sunday and into northwestern Arkansas early Monday. A flash flood watch has been issued for the eastern third of Oklahoma and the northwestern corner of Arkansas.

The weather service says the storms may include hail and damaging winds and that there is the possibility of tornadoes along and south of Interstate 40.
