HOUSTON (AP) - Police say a Houston-area man’s girlfriend has been charged in an attack after a group of masked home invaders knocked his teeth out.

Harris County Sheriff’s deputies charged 28-year-old Kimberly Mills with aggravated robbery on Tuesday.

Her 28-year-old boyfriend was awoken by four men inside his apartment on June 28. Deputies say two of them hit him with pistols.

They say the group robbed the home and then fled. The victim reported the attack and a possible kidnapping because his girlfriend was missing.

Deputies say there was no forced entry into the apartment and Mills has changed her story several times.

They are searching for the other people involved.

Mills is being held in the Harris County Jail on $30,000 bond. Online jail records didn’t indicate an attorney.
