SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) - Police responding to a 911 call about a possible shooting at a Santa Rosa home ended up arresting six people and seizing more than 200 pounds of marijuana, 12 guns and $14,000 in cash.

The San Francisco Chronicle says (https://bit.ly/1xSmoLo) after a neighbor reported gunshots Monday morning, officers entered the home and found two children and four men lying on the floor next to one-pound bags of pot.

There was no evidence of a shooting. But a search turned up 36 marijuana plants, 230 pounds of processed pot, cash and 12 firearms including an AK-47.

Detectives also said the house was heavily fortified, with metal grates on the windows and numerous surveillance cameras.

Six men were arrested on suspicion of various drug-related charges.

A minor taken to a juvenile detention facility on suspicion of similar charges.
