COQUILLE, Ore. (AP) - The Coos County sheriff’s office says a body was found after firefighters extinguished a house fire in Coquille, Oregon.

Identification is pending but the sheriff’s office indicates it’s believed to be an 88-year-old man who lived at the home.

Fire crews found the house engulfed in flames when they responded late Wednesday night. Four other people have been displaced.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
