OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for producing child pornography in Pottawatomie County in 2012 involving a 4-year-old child.

Jeremy David Eades - who was located by authorities in Minot, North Dakota last year - was also sentenced Wednesday to 20 years of supervised release and will be required to register as a sex offender the rest of his life.

Federal prosecutors say Eades faced a heightened federal penalty due to a 2004 Oklahoma state court conviction for committing lewd acts with a child.

Eades also had a 2009 state conviction for failing to register as a sex offender.

He had traveled to North Dakota shortly after producing the child pornography in Pottawatomie County.
