LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) - A 39-northern Idaho woman accused of a drunk driving crash that killed her 5-year-old daughter has pleaded not guilty to felony vehicular manslaughter.

The Lewiston Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1zdbZON) that Bianca G. Sekayouma of Lapwai made the plea Wednesday in 2nd District Court.

Authorities say that Sekayouma was intoxicated on April 5 when her 2006 Jeep Commander hit a power pole on U.S. Highway 95 north of Culdesac.

All three occupants were ejected, killing Maya Martinez. A 7-year-old daughter survived.

Police say none of the occupants wore seatbelts, and that Sekayouma had a blood alcohol content of 0.102, above the legal limit of 0.08.

A jury trial is scheduled to start Jan 12.
