FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Police in Fayetteville have made a second arrest in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old student at party last month.

Area media outlets report that police on Wednesday charged 18-year-old Jaquiel Markete Reuben of Fayetteville with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder. It was not immediately clear if Reuben had an attorney.

Earlier in the week, 19-year-old Devontay J’Quan Douglas of Fayetteville was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy in the Sept. 27 shooting death of Joseph Braxton III.

Police say more arrests are expected.
