CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - The latest campaign finance reports show U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter raising more than her Republican challenger in the last three months, though he outpaced toward the end of the quarter.

Candidates filed reports this week covering activity between Aug. 21 and Sept. 30. Guinta took in $352,000 during that time, bringing his total for the quarter that started July 1 to $386,000. Shea-Porter, a Democrat, received $280,000 during the most recent filing period, and a total of $399,000 for the quarter.

Sixty-five percent of Shea-Porter’s contributions during the August and September period were from individuals, while 65 percent of Guinta’s came from political action committees. He reported $373,000 cash on hand, with $290,000 in debt, while Shea-Porter had $135,000 on hand.
