BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - One day after Baton Rouge police arrested a 21-year-old man and accused him in a shooting death, police arrested three of the man’s relatives and accused them of attempting to intimidate a witness in the case.

Cpl. Don Coppola, a police spokesman, tells The Advocate (https://bit.ly/11DcFy0 ) 40-year-old Natasha Tate, 20-year-old Donte Tate and 26-year-old Danny Allen were booked Thursday night on counts of obstruction of justice.

Coppola says the three are all related to Hardy Allen who was arrested in the Monday shooting death of 21-year-old Calvin Chrisentary.

Coppola says the three relatives parked outside the house of a key witness and also called that witness on the phone and intimidated her.
