FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Five teenagers have now been charged in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old student at party in Fayetteville last month.

Police tell local media outlets that 18-year-old D’ontrae Taivon Lloyd and a 17-year-old also from Raeford were arrested Thursday and charged with first degree murder in the Sept. 27 shooting death of Joseph Braxton III.

It was not immediately clear if they have attorneys.

Police have also issued a warrant charging another 17-year-old from Fayetteville with first-degree murder and conspiracy. Police are urging his family members to persuade him to turn himself in to officers.

Two other teenagers were earlier arrested in the shooting death.
