BEND, Ore. (AP) - The Bend City Council approved the addition of at least 25 jobs to meet a growing demand for city services as a result of renewed growth.

KTVZ reports (https://bit.ly/11CZAVt) the decision at Wednesday night’s meeting follows years of staff layoffs during the economic downturn.
