SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - Police say a dispute at a Santa Fe McDonald’s wasn’t over a Quarter Pounder but a pound of weed.

The Santa Fe New Mexican reports (https://goo.gl/xP962c) 41-year-old Khadijah Sharif was arrested Wednesday after authorities say she held an 18-year-old at gunpoint over $2,500 of “bad marijuana.”

According police, Sharif confronted Obadiah Boon at the McDonald’s and demanded her money back or better weed.

Boon told police Sharif was holding him against his will with a gun and wasn’t going to let him go until she got her money back.

Police say officers later confiscated a Glock 19 9 mm pistol from Sharif.

Sharif is facing a number of charges including kidnapping and conspiracy. She is being held without bond.

It was not known if she had an attorney.
