CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles is winning recognition for making its online vehicle registration and renewal services more accessible.
The recognition is from the Center for Digital Government. The DMV will be honored with an achievement award on Oct. 23 in San Francisco.
