MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - A total of $1 million in grants in available to projects that enhance Vermont’s farm and forestry economy.

The Working Lands Enterprise Board announced the grants on Wednesday.

The funds are available as enterprise investments ranging from $3000 to $20,000, service provider grants from $10,000 to $150,000 and capital and infrastructure investments ranging from $15,000 to $75,000.

Information sessions for applicants will be held online this month.

The board awarded over $1 million in grant funds to 37 recipients in fiscal year 2013 and $1.1 million to 37 grantees in fiscal year 2014.
