PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say three Oklahoma City men have been arrested in north-central Arizona in an alleged retail fraud scheme.

Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials said Thursday that James Toles, Robert Schnitker and Andre Chaney Jr. are being held on suspicion of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and burglary tools plus aggravated identity theft and other charges.

They say the 22-year-old Toles remains in custody of a $25,000 bond while bond is set at $20,000 apiece for the 22-year-old Chaney and 23-year-old Schnitker.

It’s unclear if the men have lawyers.

Sheriff’s deputies stopped a car on Interstate 40 near Ash Fork for traffic violations Tuesday and smelled marijuana.

A search of the vehicle turned up marijuana plus devices that could be used in retail fraud and fraudulent receipts from a store in Flagstaff.
