DENVER (AP) - Police have arrested a 44-year-old man who was involved in a head-on crash in Arvada that killed a teenage girl.

The Denver Post reports (https://dpo.st/1sQ0DgO ) David Kenneth Bunn was arrested Thursday for the Sept. 26 crash that killed 17-year-old Lyneah Dike. He has been charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Police say Bunn was speeding on Wadsworth Boulevard when he crossed into the opposite lane and crashed into a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Lyndsey Petrie.

Petrie was hospitalized, and Dike was killed instantly.

Bunn was also hospitalized and was arrested upon his release.
