BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Police are investigating after a 36-year-old man was found shot to death in the front yard of a residence in downtown Billings.

Lt. Kevin Iffland says officers responded to a report of a man down in the front yard early Thursday. He had a gunshot wound to the abdomen. An autopsy was planned Thursday afternoon.

The man’s name hasn’t been released, but Iffland says he’s from Billings. Officials do not yet have any suspects.
