DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Police say bullets struck a house, a car and a tree in Des Moines’ Martin Luther King Jr. neighborhood.

The Des Moines Register reports (https://dmreg.co/1x2nT9l ) that police believe the shots early Thursday morning may have been from a drive-by shooting.

Police say three rounds struck the garage of a house, and another bullet hit a neighbor’s car, shattering the back window. Police say a bullet also hit a neighbor’s tree.

Witnesses say they heard four or five shots. No arrests have been made.
