MAKOTI, N.D. (AP) - The 54th annual Makoti Threshing Show is being held this weekend in the northwestern North Dakota town.

The event is billed as North Dakota’s largest threshing show, with more than 300 vintage tractors, combines, threshing machines and other farm machinery.

The show includes a parade on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as threshing displays, an antique tractor pull and an operational saw mill. There’s also a pioneer village, a large stationary engine display and a giant pumpkin contest.

On Friday, a tractor trek from Makoti to Ryder and back and a steak fry precede the weekend show.

Two-day admission for adults is $10. Children get in free.
