WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police have arrested two teens in a robbery attack on a 56-year-old woman.

Police say the woman was walking near the Christina River around 6 p.m. Monday when a group of teens began following her after asking her for the time. She says two of the teens pushed her to the ground, stole her cellphone as she dialed 911, and ran away.

The woman described the two teens to officers. Soon after, police arrested a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl on charges of robbery, conspiracy and malicious interference with emergency communication.

They were being held at the New Castle County Detention Center in lieu of $11,500 secured bail.

The woman had injuries to her right elbow and knuckles, and was treated and released from a hospital.
