Megan Mahoney was arrested Monday and arraigned on the charges. She was released. Her attorney on Tuesday denied the accusations.

Mahoney was a coach and teacher at Moore Catholic High School on Staten Island and resigned in January. The criminal complaint says she had more than 30 had sexual encounters with the student from October 2013 until January.
