CINCINNATI (AP) - Drivers through Cincinnati could face lane closures this week during construction work on two interstate exchanges.

The Ohio Department of Transportation says two northbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Hopple Street will be closed overnight beginning at 10 p.m. and reopening at 6 a.m. through the week. The ramp to Hopple from northbound 75 will be closed Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Transportation officials say there will be two lanes of southbound I-75 closed Friday evening about an hour after the start of the University of Cincinnati football game. Those lanes will reopen Saturday morning.

Other lane closures will continue at night on Interstate 71 for the Martin Luther King interchange project. There are lane closures northbound Tuesday night, and southbound closures Wednesday through Friday.httpttp://www.dot.state.oh.us/districts/d08/Pages/default.aspx://www.transportation.ohio.gov/dist8
