ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp says more than 200,000 Georgians have submitted early ballots in the Nov. 4 general election.

Kemp said in a statement that 206,674 voters had cast early ballots either in person or by mail as of Tuesday morning.

Kemp says Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett and Henry counties have seen the highest early voter turnout thus far.
