ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Anchorage police are looking for a woman who used a handgun to steal a pickup from a driver on the south side of the city.

Police say the female driver of the truck at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday was looking for a parking place outside an apartment building in the 1700 block of Lore Road.

A woman approached, aimed a gun at the driver and demanded she get out. The suspect got in and drove off.

KTUU-TV (https://bit.ly/1wkjS0a) reports the driver described the suspect as white, in her 20s and 5 feet tall.

The pickup is a light gray 2001 GMC extended cab with Alaska license plate DZZ204. The truck had a pink “907” sticker on the back window and an “Alaska Pride” sticker on the tailgate.
