ATLANTA (AP) - Atlanta city officials are unveiling a new, multiplatform non-emergency customer center.

Officials are planning to unveil the service named ATL311 at a call center in downtown Atlanta Wednesday morning.

Officials say ATL311 is the city’ first non-emergency customer service program and will be available by phone, online and through mobile applications.

City officials say the service will allow citizens to submit and track service requests in real time.
